Deposits are $350 for a quarter beef, $650 for a half beef, and $1,200 for a whole beef. The deposit reserves your spot in the processing queue and is applied to your final balance. The remaining balance — based on actual hanging weight — is due at pickup or delivery.
Processing time depends on the next available date at Keeters Meat Company. Kyle can tell you the next scheduled dates when you order. Once processed, beef is typically ready for pickup within 2–3 weeks after the processing date, after aging and cutting at the processor.
